Call for Music Teacher Resumes

| July 27, 2011

Despite the current hiring freeze, the New York City Department of Education is in need of music resumes to fill teaching vacancies for the coming school year.  Most particularly, strings resumes are in great demand.

Should there be recent TC graduates who are seeking positions, please encourage them to e-mail their resumes to my attention as quickly as possible.  We will work with schools’ Human Resources divisions to acquire waivers to the freeze on a case-by-case basis.

Thank you very much for any assistance you are able to provide.
